A hair cosmetic composition is provided to show significantly improved preservation stability at low temperature without precipitation or eduction and provide smoothness to damaged hair. A hair cosmetic composition comprises: a gallic acid derivative such as a gallic acid diglucoside; an amide amine compound such as dimethylaminopropylamide stearate; an amphoteric surfactant such as a betaine type amphoteric surfactant; ethanol; and a spraying agent such as dimethyl ether. |
