PURPOSE: A user terminal for calling a taxi is provided to render a real-time bidirectional communication between a user and a taxi and display taxi information corresponding to the context of a call from the user, thereby allowing the user to have various options, pursuing mutual interests of the user and the taxi, and increasing the utilization of taxi-call service. CONSTITUTION: An option providing unit provides service fee options to a user in order to allow the user to select one option of service fee settlement. A service fee estimating unit estimates and provides a measured fee according to at least one of the time and distance for required for moving to a location of a user who is calling a taxi, based on current positional information of a taxi close to the location of the user, which is received from an external server. An arrival time estimating unit estimates and provides the time required for arriving the location of the user who is calling the taxi based on the current positional information of the taxi. A ranking providing unit displays and provides the rankings of taxis based on the service fee estimated by the service fee estimating unit and the time estimated by the arrival time estimating unit.
