PURPOSE: A base station resource management system and a method thereof are provided to block only a partial section among circuits in which an error does not occur when an error occurs in a data circuit, thereby maintaining existing processing calls. CONSTITUTION: A BSM(Base Station Manager)(100) monitors the circuit state of a base station. If a circuit in which an error occurs is detected, the BSM transmits a bandwidth allocation request signal about the circuit in which an error occurs. A base station controller(200) designates a certain section among the entire bandwidths of circuits in which an error does not occur as changing target bandwidths. The base station controller resets bandwidths except the changing target bandwidth as bandwidths for circuits in which an error does not occur. |
