The present invention relates to a method for producing a plate-type mesoporous carbon solid for a high energy material carrier, the method comprising: a first step of obtaining a plate-type mesoporous silica mold and a solid mixture containing a monosaccharide compound as a carbon precursor; a second step of heating the solid mixture step by step; and a third step of removing the plate-type mesoporous silica mold from the heated solid mixture.
