<p>The mechanical cutting device for cutting and obtaining curved squared strips is formed by curved squared stainless steel tubes with a stainless steel ring welded to a predetermined distance of the end portion thereof, these tubes being strategically located between 3 stainless steel plates in the circular orifices, the concave circular holes being coincident with the rings where these are encapsulated, when a force is exerted over the plates and the tubes are separated from the plate, which is useful as a guide and brought into contact with the food due to the pressure exerted between the tubes and the food, the tubes will be rotated to both sides by the ring and therefor the food cut, thus obtaining CURVED SQUARED STRIPS as a result.</p> |
