The present invention relates to a low cholesterol feed additive composition using a by-product of mushroom and a preparing method thereof and, more specifically, to a low cholesterol feed additive composition using a by-product of mushroom, wherein the by-product of mushroom and a red clay silicate are adequately processed, the by-product of mushroom is more nutritionally prepared by mixing useful components and has maximum efficacy of feed, and a preparing method thereof. Feed prepared, according to the method of the present invention, by processing the by-product of mushroom and red clay silicate with ammonia gas decreases the cholesterol level of a test animal and provides nutrients, and thus, can be used as a good feed or a feed additive which provides greater meat products, while also having economic feasibility.
