Accordingly, the present invention can check whether an upper structure is in contact with the barge according to the detection of the load variation by directly installing a load cell in the offshore structure to be launched, and can precisely and safely launch the barge by determining whether the transmitted load value exceeds an allowable value while accurately monitoring the load value in real time.
