The present invention relates to an intake manifold valve structure for a vehicle, including: a plurality of valve bodies for opening and closing a runner inlet of an intake manifold connected to a plurality of runners; a valve shaft which is connected to dispose the valve bodies in a row; and an operating lever which is rotated by a valve actuator, mounted on one side of the intake manifold, and formed with a coupling hole to be inserted into the valve shaft, wherein one end of the valve shaft is coupled by high-temperature compression after being inserted into the coupling hole of the operating lever. Therefore, is it not necessary to have an additional clip member in order to prevent the operating lever coupled to the valve shaft from being disengaged, thereby reducing the number of parts of a product and reducing the costs of the product.
