<p>The present invention relates to an organic solar cell, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a high-efficiency organic solar cell by modifying an amorphous organic semiconductor compound. In the method for manufacturing an organic solar cell according to the present invention, the terminal of the amorphous organic semiconductor polymer is modified with a functional group containing fluorine, thereby improving crystallinity of the organic semiconductor compound, and the modified organic semiconductor polymer is used for an active layer of the organic solar cell, thereby improving the efficiency of the organic solar cell.</p> |
