An aspect of the present invention is to provide a system for cutting a fixed amount of rubber which cuts rubber by a cutting unit after enabling the rubber to have an accurate weight and length when the rubber, discharged from a rubber discharge port using an extruded rubber transfer control unit, is transferred to a cutting position by a transfer unit. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for cutting a fixed amount of rubber includes an extrusion unit continuously extruding inserted rubber materials into extruded rubber; a cooling unit to cool the extruded rubber discharged from the extrusion unit; a transfer unit including relay rollers, a first conveyor, and a second conveyor to continuously transfer and supply the extruded rubber cooled by the cooling unit to a cutting position; a cutting unit abutting against the first conveyor to cut the extruded rubber, transferred and supplied to the cutting position by passing the relay rollers, the second conveyor, and the first conveyor in order, into rubber units; an extruded rubber transfer control unit controlling a transfer time of the first conveyor and a transfer speed of the second conveyor to enable the extruded rubber to be constantly cooled by the cooling unit and supplied to the cutting position in a fixed amount; and a discharge unit to discharge the rubber units cut in the cutting position to a collecting stand. |
