The present invention relates to a solar power and a heat energy acquiring apparatus which improves generation efficiency by collecting sunlight, generates power with regard to multiple solar cells at the same time, and effectively radiates the heat of the solar cells. A solar power and a heat energy acquiring apparatus according to the present invention includes: a first reflecting mirror of a square parabola shape which has an open hole in a center region and primarily collects sunlight; a second reflecting mirror which is installed in front of the first reflecting mirror, secondarily collects sunlight collected by the first reflecting mirror, and reflects the same to the direction of the open hole; a power generating part which is installed in back of the open hole and has solar cells which generate electricity by using secondarily collected sunlight. |
