<p>A semiconductor system includes: a memory controller which outputs a start signal for extracting information on a number in which word lines are activated, and which outputs a refresh signal for refreshing a bank in response to an enabled flag signal when word lines included in the bank are activated more than a predetermined number of times; and a semiconductor memory device which outputs the flag signal, and a plurality of bank information signals including information on a bank including word lines activated more than the predetermined number of times in response to the start signal, and which refreshes the bank including the word lines activated more than the predetermined number of times in response to the refresh signal.</p> |
