PURPOSE: An integrated heat exchanger and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent each working fluid from mixing in a welding part of a baffle and a head bar by being leaked as the baffle dividing each working fluid is integrally formed at the head bar. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an integrated heat exchanger comprises the following steps: manufacturing each component of a first tank, a second tank, and a core assembly forming the integrated heat exchanger (S110, S120); assembling the core assembly (S130); and welding the first tank and the second tank at the core assembly (S140). The core assembly includes a cooling unit in which the cold air flows and a working fluid unit in which a plurality of working fluids is divided and flows. The cooling unit includes a cooling fin and a plurality of cooling units including a head bar arranged in both ends of the cooling fin. Each working fluid is mutually divided in a part of the head bar to be supplied into the working fluid unit and a baffle is integrally formed in order for each working fluid not to be mixed.
