PURPOSE: A novel peptide which suppresses angiotensin-converting enzyme is provided to substitute an artificial material for treating or preventing cardiovascular diseases and to be widely used in related industries. CONSTITUTION: A peptide or an acid addition salt thereof has one amino acid selected among sequence numbers 1-4. The peptide suppresses angiotensin-converting enzyme. A nucleotide encodes the peptide. A vector contains the nucleotide. A composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases contains the peptide as an active ingredient. |
