摘要 The present invention relates to a power control system of a semiconductor type amplifier and, more specifically, to a power control system of a semiconductor type amplifier which controls a power switch of the amplifier in order for the amplifier to operate only for optimal time for pulse amplification by receiving a switch control signal, which is same as a modulation envelope of a high frequency pulse signal inputted in an amplifier to improve operation efficiency of an AB-semiconductor type pulse amplifier used in a radar transmitter, and amplifying a pulse bandwidth of the switch control signal. The present invention can minimize unnecessarily consumed power by operating the amplifier only for the optimal time by using the switch control signal with the same modulation envelope as an RF pulse signal inputted before a predetermined time in an AB-high power semiconductor type pulse amplifier.
