The present invention relates to a charging circuit for a rechargeable battery, a charger, and a charging method. The present invention is to change a PWM signal outputted from a control part into a direct current value which changes linearly without a ripple before the PWM signal is applied to a switch device. By this feature, a current outputted from the switch device is outputted with a direct current wave without a ripple, thereby having no need to have a separate buck circuit or a smoothing circuit.
