The present invention, as a capping apparatus of a needle for a syringe, relates to a capping apparatus of a needle for a syringe which can prevent infection occurring when a user is pricked by the needle or touches the needle by covering the needle of a used syringe with an easy operation. The capping apparatus of a needle for a syringe of the present invention comprises a needle holder equipped with a needle of a syringe and coupled to be detachable to the syringe; a link moving in a longitudinal direction of the syringe needle; a switch part equipped with a protection part to cover an end part of the needle of the syringe and moving along the link; and an elastic body arranged between the needle holder and the switch part and providing operating power to move the switch part in order for the protection part to cover the end part of the needle of the syringe.
