<p>A display substrate of the present invention includes: a base substrate having a switching device; a first insulating layer formed on the base substrate, and including a contact hole exposing a part of the electrode of the switching device; a first electrode formed on the first insulating layer; a second insulating layer formed on the first electrode; and a second electrode formed on the second insulating layer to overlap with at least a part of the first electrode, wherein one of the first and second electrodes is electrically connected to the electrode of the switching device through the contact hole, and at least one of the first and second electrodes is formed in an area except a peripheral area of the contact hole.</p> |
