PURPOSE: A system and a method for call processing depending on subscription state of voice supplementary service, and a home location register applied to the same are provided to prevent unnecessary voice recording of a caller in a reception disabled state by offering caller voice message or caller information selectively. CONSTITUTION: If a receiving terminal(100) is under reception disable state, an HLR(Home Location Register)(300) provides a call processing path for connecting with an additional service server(600). If the receiving terminal is under reception disable state, a call exchange unit(200) connects to the additional service server based on the call processing path. If the receiving terminal is under reception disable state, a receiving exchange unit(400) connects to the additional service server based on the call processing path. The additional service server provides the received calling terminal information to an SMSC(Short Message Service Center)(700). According to a request from the receiving exchange unit, the short message center makes the calling terminal information with a short message. |
