The present invention relates to a peptide for promoting wound healing, angiogenesis induction, and hair growth effect, and a composition containing the peptide as an active ingredient, and more specifically, to a peptide for promoting wound healing, angiogenesis induction, and hair growth effect; to an angiogenesis promoting composition containing the peptide as an active ingredient for skin flap regeneration, wound and burns healing, artificial skin grafting, and graft vessel preparation; and to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating blood vessel related diseases. The present invention provides a novel peptide which promotes wound healing, angiogenesis induction, and hair growth effect, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the novel peptide as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention was compared with Thymosin beta 4, VEGF, and minoxidil through comparison tests. The peptide of the present invention exhibits the same function as natural Tb4. Therefore, when the peptide of the present invention is used for medical purposes, the effects of wound healing, angiogenesis induction, and hair growth effect can be obtained.
