PURPOSE: A time synchronizing method and an apparatus for the same are provided to implement frequency synchronization by the difference of first minimum round trip delay and the second minimum round trip delay and a window size. CONSTITUTION: In a time synchronizing method and an apparatus for the same, a time synchronizer(10) includes a packet selecting unit(100), a time measuring part(110), and a time synchronization part(120). The packet selecting unit selects one of request packets and one of response packets through which a round trip delay is measured. The selected request packet and the response packet have the smallest propagation delay time. A packet selecting unit analyzes a time window table(105) which has a time stamp of request packets and response packets. A time measuring part measures the minimum round trip delay by using one request packet and one response packet through the packet selecting unit. |
