The present invention relates to a socket to combine a light emitting diode lamp. For the socket to combine a light emitting diode lamp in accordance to the present invention, a main body is molded in a bell shape with silicone; a terminal holding unit is formed on the upper part in the main body to enable a first terminal to be installed in a detachable way; a screw thread is integrally formed on the inner surface of the main body to enable the cylindrical terminal of an Edison base for the light emitting diode lamp to be screw-combined; a terminal accommodating groove is vertically formed on the inner surface of the main body; a second terminal is installed on the inside of the terminal accommodating groove, wherein the second terminal with a fixated shape is elastically screw-combined and electrically interconnected with the cylindrical terminal of the Edison base; the main body is molded as a first and a second body part spread open or combined together into a bell shape with respect to a vertically formed hinge part; and a plurality of elastic rings installed on fixated intervals on the exterior of the first and second body parts in order to enable the combined first and second body parts to maintain a bell shape. As a result, a user can easily combine or separate an LED lamp having an Edison base with or from the socket to combine a light emitting diode lamp after setting the direction of the LED lamp by considering the shape of a lens installed on the LED lamp or a desired angle of a projected light, therefore the socket significantly facilitates assembly and disassembly work. In addition, the user can project light emitted from the LED lamp to a desired direction without any separate post-operation, therefore the socket can significantly increase the marketability and reliability of a product. |
