The present invention relates to an LED lighting device which can be attached to and detached from the ceiling or the wall by using magnets and therefore can be easily moved and used as an indoor light or a flashlight. The LED lighting device comprises: a magnet which is installed at a certain area on the ceiling or on the wall; a DC power jack through which DC power is supplied; a first light-emitting unit which emits light by receiving DC power supplied through the DC power jack; a charging unit which stores power supplied through the DC power jack; a second light-emitting unit which emits light by receiving power stored in the charging unit; a body case which is equipped with the charging unit and where the first and second light-emitting units are mounted at one side; an inner cap which is combined with one side of the charging unit inserted into the body case, has a through hole corresponding to the DC power jack, and surrounds the DC power jack; an outer cap which is combined with the other side of the body case in a detachable way and surrounds the inner cap; a diffusion cover which is combined with the body case while covering the first and second light-emitting units mounted at one side of the body case, diffuses emitted light, and discharges diffused light to the outside; a switching unit which is attached to one side surface of the body case and selectively controls the ON/OFF of the first or second light-emitting unit; and a steel plate which is combined with the inner cap by being extended to a certain depth from the surface.
