<p>The present invention relates to a Scleronephthya gracillimum-derived gene responding to the temperature lowering of the sea water and a method for checking the environmental change in a marine ecosystem using the same. Specifically, particular gene groups derived from Scleronephthya gracillimum exhibit a specific expression change due to the temperature lowering caused by the climate change, and therefore, these genes can be useful as biomarkers, for a microarray and kit for checking the exposure to the temperature lowering caused by the temperature change of the sea water.</p> |
