CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION AS POSSIBLE FOLDING AMBULANCE COUCH

The present invention relates to an ambulance couch comprising: a main bed which supports an upper body in a state in which a patient lies down; a foldable bed which maintains parallel to the main bed to support a pelvic limb, and is foldable at a middle portion; and a pelvic limb lifting folding means which has one end hinge-assembled to the main bed and the other end hinge-assembled to the foldable bed, and rotates the entire folded bed upwards in a parallel state to the main bed to maintain an arbitrary angle. According to the present invention, the cardiopulmonary resuscitation can continuously be performed even during the transfer of the patient, thereby preventing death or brain-death of the patient. Also, in accordance to the ambulance couch of the present invention, the entire dimension of the ambulance couch is simply and rapidly minimized when using a narrow elevator or transfer path, thereby considerably reducing the transfer time to rapidly transfer the patient to an emergency room. Also, in accordance to the ambulance couch of the present invention, even during a patient transfer, a cardiopulmonary resuscitation operation can automatically be performed using a mechanical chest compression device while supplying oxygen. Therefore, it is possible to manipulate a control panel connected to a cardioverter accommodated on the main bed, monitor a patient condition through a display device, and give first-aid treatment while transferring the patient to the emergency room.
