According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method of measuring a stress intensity factor may include applying acrylic resin type mechanoluminescent paint to a structure; measuring the mechanoluminescent strength at a crack tip of the structure; determining effective stress in accordance with the mechanoluminescent strength; and calculating the stress intensity factor of the structure.
