The present invention relates to an LED light and, more specifically, to an LED light with an insect repelling function, capable of effectively preventing insects from approaching while operating, in which an LED chip driven by a stabilizer is configured to emit light of a wavelength range that cannot be recognized by insects, supersonic waves in frequency bands which the insects dislike are emitted by using a switching signal of a power supply. The LED light comprises an LED module emitting light; and a power supply supplying electric power to the LED module, wherein the LED module includes at least one LED chip emitting light at 500-800 nm that insects cannot recognize and an ultrasonic wave transmitter is installed in the power supply and outupts 30-50 kHz ultrasonic waves that insects dislike, by using switching signals generated during driving of the LED module. Thus, the insects are prevented from approaching by the light and ultrasonic waves when the LED module is driven by the power supply. |
