The present invention relates to an electrostatically integrated system for treating polluted gas comprising: a cooling part cooling polluted gas; a pulse discharger desulfurizing and denitrifying the cooled polluted gas by converting the cooled polluted gas to plasma; a gas treating part spraying a sodium sulfite (Na2SO3) aqueous solution to treat nitrogen dioxide (NO2) included in the treated polluted gas; a storing part storing the sodium sulfite (Na2SO3) aqueous solution; a discharge electrode to which voltage is applied; and an electric precipitating part which is disposed to be adjacent to the discharge electrode and collects fine particles by means of an electric field generated by the voltage applied to the discharge electrode. According to the present invention, provided is an electrostatically integrated system for treating polluted gas which can integrally treat nitrogen oxide, sulfur oxide, and particulate materials included in the polluted gas with a structure whose overall size is reduced.
