Disclosed are an intelligent lighting control system for dynamic grouping and a method of providing thereof. The intelligent lighting control system for dynamic grouping comprises: DB space storing 2D or 3D space information corresponding to an object included in the fixated space and the space; a service condition judging module to judge service condition of the space through at least one sensor installed in the space; a grouping module grouping a plurality of lighting included in the space based on the service condition judged by the service condition judging module; and a control module to integrally control a plurality of lighting grouped by the grouping module.
