<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing a Korean traditional smoked roof tile using waste glaze sludge. Waste glaze sludge generated during glaze composing and glazing steps in a process of producing a Western-style glaze roof tile is used as a side ingredient of a Korean traditional smoked roof tile, so that a production environment in which industrial waste is not generated is composed. A high quality roof tile is provided, and production costs can be reduced. In the present invention, when the raw soil of the Korean traditional smoked roof tile is composed, clay, terra alba, and waste glaze sludge are combined at a weight rate of 90-95:5-8:2-5, and the roof tile is molded, dried, and plasticized using the raw soil. In the present invention, the waste glaze sludge which has been treated as industrial waste can be utilized as a side ingredients of the Korean traditional smoked roof tile. Accordingly, the generation of industrial waste is prevented, and environmentally friendly industrial environment can be ensured. Moreover, the Korean traditional smoked roof tile using the waste glaze sludge can have improved bending strength and reduced absorbing rates so that cold resistance and durability are improved and a high quality roof tile can be obtained.</p> |
