Disclosed in the present invention is a management control apparatus for a capturing device, comprising a monitoring unit which provides monitoring information by monitoring the inside and the outside of the capturing device to capture harmful animals on a real time basis and a control unit which controls and manages the capturing device based on the monitoring information. Therefore, monitoring the capturing device on a real time basis enables the ease of management and control of the capturing device, thereby making contribution to capturing efficiency.
