APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR OBTAINING AUSCULATION POSITION INFORMATION OF PATIENT USING ECG

The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for obtaining the auscultation position on a patient′s body using ECG signals. More particularly, the present invention relates to the apparatus for obtaining auscultation position information on a patient′s body when a doctor listens to cardiac sound through an electric stethoscope using ECG signals which have different waveforms for each body part of a patient, and a method of obtaining the auscultation position on a patient′s body using the same. The apparatus of obtaining the auscultation position on a patient′s body using ECG signals of the present invention comprises: an electric stethoscope including a cardiac sound receiving unit for receiving cardiac sound of a patient; an ECG signal extracting unit for obtaining ECG signals of the patient, arranged on which the cardiac sound receiving unit touches on the patient′s body; an ECG signal comparison unit for extracting position information of the patient by comparing the ECG signal waveform of the patient acquired from the ECG signal extracting unit with the standard ECG signal waveform; and a measured position storing unit for storing the position information of the patient extracted by the ECG signal comparison unit.
