The present invention relates to a finish panel having a sound absorbing function and, more particularly, to a finish panel having a sound absorbing function that is given the sound absorbing function by embossing structure application and is capable of having a beautiful exterior. The finish panel having a sound absorbing function according to the present invention is provided with a base plate; and a skirt portion that extends in one direction crossing the base plate from an edge end portion of the base plate. A plurality of embossing portions, which protrude to be convex in a direction corresponding to the direction in which the skirt portion extends, are formed with a specific pattern on the base plate. One or more sound absorbing slits, which are open by cutting partial areas of the embossing portions, are formed in each of the embossing portions. The finish panel having a sound absorbing function according to the present invention is capable of reducing a noise by using the embossing portions, and the noise through the sound absorbing slits which are formed in the embossing portions is prevented from re-passing. Accordingly, a sound absorbing performance can be improved. |
