The present invention relates to a histone H4 promoter and a terminator derived from Capsicum annuum, a recombinant plant expression vector comprising the promoter, a recombinant plant expression vector comprising the terminator, a method of preparing a transgenic plant expressing an exotic gene including a step of transforming a plant cell with the vector, a transgenic plant expressing the exotic gene manufactured by the method and seeds thereof. The histone H4 promoter derived from Capsicum annuum of the present invention enables mass production of useful genes from the plant thereby being capable of useful industrial application. |
