Provided is an electric actuator of a tailgate for a vehicle which mounts a tapered coil spring between a screw driven by an actuator and a rod moving in the longitudinal direction by the rotary force of the screw to enable a tailgate to be operated more stably and smoothly by a spring integer value of the tapered coil spring changing in accordance to the movement of the rod. Also, the electric actuator of a tailgate for a vehicle enables a partial section of the tapered coil spring withdrawn from the screw to be elastically supported by being fitted into a spring guide to enable the tailgate to be always operated accurately by preventing a portion of the tapered coil spring protruding outside the screw as the rod is under tension due to the opening of the tailgate from being bent or twisted. Particularly, the internal diameter of an″A″section of the tapered coil spring fitted into the spring guide is slightly greater than the external diameter of the spring guide while the rod is withdrawn to the maximum extent to minimize bending or twisting of the tapered coil spring due to the length of the internal diameter of the″A″section when compressing or stretching the tapered coil spring. Finally, the electric actuator of a tailgate for a vehicle includes a light-emitting device on a surface of an actuator mounted inside a body so that a user can use the actuator as various forms of lamps such as a brake light, a rear flasher, an indoor light, or a taillight at night. |
