Disclosed is a crack repairing method for a concrete structure using an improved asphalt emulsion containing blown asphalt and high molecule latex resin. The present invention may improve durability and a waterproofing property of a concrete structure and reinforce a crack by inserting a crack repairing device comprising a cylinder and a storage tank into the crack and injecting copolymerization resin, which is an improved asphalt emulsion made of blown asphalt and high molecule latex resin as main ingredients.
