The unified management method and system for delivering, to a school, a beverage manufactured by using rice according to the present invention comprises: a main server for receiving data on raw material of a beverage processed and manufactured by washing, soaking, cooking and roasting the rice, and storing the received data; a cooperative server for receiving the data on the raw material of the beverage from the main server, storing information on the beverage manufactured from the raw material and storing information on a byproduct generated when the beverage is manufactured; a school server for receiving the information on the manufactured beverage from the cooperative server and providing data on the beverage needed within a period predetermined by students; a local government server for receiving from the school server information on the beverage to be delivered and paying the costs; and an operating server connected to the school server, the local government server, the main server and the cooperative server for performing overall control of the school server, the local government server, the main server and the cooperative server.
