Disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing a flexible circuit board laminate, capable of improving product reliability by adjusting an incidence angle of a copper film to prevent bubbles generated on the laminate and controlling driving speed of a compression roller. The apparatus according to the present invention comprises a film supply roller having an insulation film wound thereon; a copper film supply roller formed on one side or both sides of the film supply roller and having a copper film wound thereon; a compression roller thermally compressing the insulation film and the copper film; and a winding roller winding a laminate having the insulation film and the copper film thermally compressed, and is characterized in that the copper film is supplied from the copper film supply roller to the compression roller while being in contact with the 5-50% of the outer circumferential surface of the compression roller.
