Disclosed is an apparatus for producing a laminate plate for a flexible circuit board with improved dimensional stability of a product, capable of preventing wrinkles on the surface of copper foil pressed onto an heat insulating film by adjusting tension applied to the copper foil in 20-100 N/m. The apparatus for producing a laminate plate for a flexible circuit board with improved anti-winkle effects includes: a film feeding roller on which a heat insulating film is rolled; a copper foil feeding roller which is formed on one side or both sides of the film feeding roller and on which copper foil is rolled; a pressing roller which presses the heat insulating film and the copper foil; a winding roller which winds a laminate plate on which the heat insulating film and the copper foil are laminated; and a control unit which adjusts the strength of tension applied to the copper foil by controlling the copper foil feeding roller. The control unit maintains tension applied to the copper foil in 20-100 N/m.
