The present invention relates to an apparatus to control harmful animals, wherein the apparatus is driven by electric power generated using solar cells and small wind-power generation; and specifically has increased efficiency of controlling harmful animals and additional convenient functions. According to the present invention, the apparatus includes the solar cells and a wind power generator on a pillar which vertically stands and generates electric power. Meanwhile, a speaker and an LED lamp are installed on the apparatus. A sensor to identify animal movements, a clock module, and a memory are joined with a control box. Moreover, a radio module capable of receiving radio broadcasting is installed on the control box. When the apparatus outputs raid broadcasting, the control box controls to make the apparatus not to output noise or animal sounds due to the absence of harmful animals. When the radio module is not operated, a mode is changed into an automatic control mode. |
