The present invention relates to a method for surface treating a glass frame of an aluminum material, comprising removing oils on the surface of the glass frame of an aluminum material; and drying the glass frame of an aluminum material after surface treating the same. The method for surface treating a glass frame comprises a primary anodizing surface treating step for primarily treating the surface by anodizing for 5-10 minutes at 50-70 V with a first step sulfuric acid solution as an electrolyte; and a secondary anodizing surface treating step for secondarily treating the surface by anodizing for 10-15 minutes at 70-100 V with a second step sulfuric acid solution as an electrolyte. The present invention has an effect of reducing the processing time for forming an oxide film by anodizing in a sulfuric acid method in stages at a medium voltage, since the surface is primarily treated by anodizing for 5-10 minutes at 50-70 V, and the surface is secondarily treated by anodizing for 10-15 minutes at 70-100 V; and of easily having various colors through a tinting process which is a post-process due to excellent tinting strength. |
