The present invention relates to a composition for forming a solar cell electrode, which is characterized by including a silver powder, silver coated metal particles (Ag coated X), a glass frit, and an organic vehicle, wherein the metal X is a metal having an initial temperature of 150-900°C at which the metal forms an eutectic point with silver (Ag). The composition for forming a solar cell electrode of the present invention has excellent sintering speed, and an electrode manufactured from the same has low serial resistance and improved contact properties with respect to a wafer surface, thereby having excellent fill factor and conversion efficiency. |
