FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and devices for mechanization of sanitization of cattle skin integument. The sanitization system of cattle skin integument comprises a container of water heating, a piping system of water supply, disinfectants and removal of pollution, a storage tank of exhaust pollution, a washing device, a wire suspension. The system is additionally provided with an actuator. The container of water heating is made hexacameral and comprises two intermural air chambers connected to the ventilation system of the livestock house and the vacuum line of milking animals, the chambers of reservation of drinking water, water with increased pH level, water with reduced pH level, and the disinfectant solution. The actuator consists of two identical convertible sectional working elements. Each section of the working element comprises a housing consisting of two bases with a set of rigidly interconnected tubes-storage tanks of washing water and disinfectant solution placed in them, with attached in them along the inner perimeter and the ends of the flexible wettable elements, and the drive shaft with combing elements attached in it, in contact with the flexible wettable elements of the tubes-storage tanks.EFFECT: use of the present invention enables to improve the quality of sanitization of cattle skin integument, to reduce labour costs, and to improve its comfort.3 cl, 5 dwg |
