FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: acoustic panel consists of at least two sound absorbing sections. Each section comprises walls from corrugated perforated material with sound absorbing elements being placed between them. The walls of the corrugated material are provided with slotted perforation made of stainless steel or a galvanized steel sheet 0.7 mm thick with a polymer protective and decorative coating such as Pural 50 mcm thick or Polyester 25 mcm thick , or of an aluminium sheet 1.0 mm thick and coating 25 mcm thick. Each of the sound absorbing elements is made as perforated plates with the layers of sound reflecting material being placed between them. The layers of sound absorbing materials with different density arranged in two layers are laid in the centre between the layers of sound reflecting material. The layers of sound reflecting material are made from complex profile composed of evenly distributed hollow tetrahedrons, allowing for the reflection of acoustic waves incident in all directions, and being installed respectively at the perforated plates.EFFECT: improved acoustic characteristics in the range of low, medium and high frequencies, and provision for dust repulsion.4 cl, 2 dwg |
