<p>The present invention relates to a media content sharing system and method using media content filtering and to a media content sharing system and method using media content filtering which can prevent illegal media content or obscene media content from being transmitted and can promote efficient use of a network resource when the media content is shared among terminals or is uploaded by using the media content filtering. To this end, the media content sharing system using the media content filtering includes a user terminal extracting identifier information from the media content; and a media content information providing server receiving the identifier information from the user terminal, searching for the media content corresponding to the identifier information and transmitting attribute information of the searched media content to the user terminal, wherein the user terminal has a characteristic of checking illegality or not of the media content from the attribute information of the media content, and transceiving the media content or intercepting the transceiving of the media content according to the illegality.</p> |
