Suggested are an apparatus and a method for inputting Korean characters (Hangul), which can change vowels in a keyboard to vowels capable of being combined with a pre-inputted vowel and display the changed vowels. The suggested apparatus for inputting Hangul comprises a plurality of vowel character keyboards indicating basic vowels, and when a vowel is inputted, the vowel character keyboards display at least one vowel which can be combined with the inputted vowel by changing presented basic vowels. |
