FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making of green radial pneumatic tire. Proposed plant comprises rotary carcass drum to support carcass with breaker-tread set for radial pneumatic tire and set of squeezing roller with at least one squeezing roller. The latter can be arranged opposite said carcass. It comprises the device to shift the roller radially to carcass with breaker-tread set or therefrom. Set of squeezing rollers is equipped with separate drive of the roller with its contact with breaker-tread set. This plant is equipped with squeezing roller peripheral speed controller and carcass drum drive torque or quantitative parameter meter. Said quantitative parameter is defined from carcass drum drive torque and should be fed to controller of signal describing said torque.
