Disclosed are a method of manufacturing a thin film solar cell, and a thin film solar cell formed by the method. The method includes: a step of preparing a reaction solution of less than 70°C including an ammonia compound, a zinc source, and a sulfur source; and a step of dipping a substrate having a light absorption layer in the reaction solution. The concentration of the zinc source is 0.01-0.09 M.
