More particularly, the present invention relates to a power consumption reduction system including a heat exchanger having operating conditions variable in winter and summer seasons, in which, in the winter season, a heat pump is turned on and a compressor is operated so that refrigerant is condensed in a heat exchanger and evaporated in a cascade heat exchanger through an expansion operation of an expansion valve. When a primary compressor is operated, a four-way valve is operated so that the refrigerant is condensed in the cascade heat exchanger. Then, a plurality of solenoid valves and the four-way valve are operated, so that the refrigerant is expanded in the expansion valve and evaporated in an evaporator an air exchanger. In the summer season, the heat pump is turned on and the compressor is operated so that the four-way valve and the solenoid valves are operated. The refrigerant condensed in the heat exchanger is expanded in the expansion valve and evaporated in the air exchanger.
