The present invention relates to a light for medical purposes, which comprises a hemispherical head housing; a control board inserted and mounted inside the head housing; a light source module including a substrate connected to the control board, multiple LEDs mounted on the substrate while being arranged into a matrix form, and a reflector; and a light diffusing lens unit mounted on the front surface of a reflecting unit of the reflector. The reflector is composed of the reflecting unit coupled to the substrate and having a shape of multiple bowls to reflect light generated from the LEDs, wherein the LEDs are disposed at the center of the bottom of the reflecting unit; and a vertical blocking unit extended from beneath the reflecting unit, positioned at the center of the bottom of the reflecting unit, and separated from the top of the LEDs to block vertical light generated from the LEDs. The light source module of the light for medical purposes according to the present invention eliminates bright light spots due to the vertical light generated from the multiple LEDs, forms a wide focal range within a specific distance, and distributes and overlaps lights from light sources as many as possible, thereby providing a light capable of reducing color break-up while improving color rendition and uniformity. Moreover, the present invention contributes to improvement of lighting efficiency and reduction of manufacturing costs of the light from the simplified structure. |
